The EM5 Fly High Foundation

Evan was a curious, dedicated and strong student in addition to being a multi-sport athlete (baseball, football and basketball). We are very pleased to offer (2) $500 scholarships in his honor for the class of 2024.

Scholarship criteria is as follows:

• Must be a Downers Grove South high school senior, class of 2024
• A multi-sport athlete during High School years (Travel counts! For example: Football & Travel Baseball; Cheer & Travel Softball)
• Essay submission (maximum 500 word answers to 2 essay questions)
• Recommendation submission from coach (link to prompt here)

Scholarship applications will be made anonymous by counselors by removing names and assigning a number to each application. Impartial judges will review numbered applications and choose (2) winners. Any questions, please reach out to evans.elves5@gmail.com

Complete Scholarship Submission Details:

• Complete application form and print it out to submit.
• Request written recommendation from coach. Once received, print it out to submit.
• Create your responses to the 2 requested essay questions and print them out for submission (maximum 500 words each).
